Terms of Sale, Delivery and Returns

| To avoid any hidden surprises all prices shown include V.A.T, at the current rate of 20% and all orders will be supplied with a full tax invoice. |
| Special Order Items |
| We are happy to supply items ordered specifically to customer special requirements. In this case we will confirm the price, carriage charge and expected delivery time. Special order items must be paid for in full before dispatch. |
| Payment |
| We accept all major credit and debit cards; online payments are handled via our secure payment processing partners PayPal and WorldPay. You may also order by telephone if you prefer. |
| Delivery |
| Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) the same day. For UK Mainland and Northern Ireland addresses we offer a selection of delivery options, please take care to choose your preferred option at the time of ordering. |

| Returns |
| You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days, should you change your mind or are not happy with the product received. All returned items will be refunded only if received by us unused and in the original packaging. The sender must pay all carriage charges when returning items unless the product is faulty. The amount refunded will be for the returned item only and will exclude any delivery charges that were incurred during the original order. |
| Out of Stock Items |
| Your order will not be held up should an item be out of stock, unless we have contacted you first and have your agreement. All the stock items you have ordered will be sent out as normal and the outstanding item(s) will follow as soon as they are back in stock. We will advise you via e-mail when the outstanding item(s) have been dispatched. |
| Packaging |
| Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. Where possible, we try to use recycled boxes and other packaging materials during the packaging process. |
